✅ Refunds Are Only Applicable If:

Only in such cases — and only after full usage of the product — may you request a refund.
Partial use does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

🔁 Return & Damage Policy

If your product arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it — but please note:

• We will only replace the product itself

• Delivery charges will not be covered by the company in any such case

• Photo or video proof of damage must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

We do not accept product returns once opened or used unless a refund is approved based on the criteria above.
